"Ten Secret Italian Cities with Zero Traffic, Zero Crime, and Zero Chaos" is what is announced in the video by MrMattone.

As usual, you can set language to either Italian or English. The 'Traffic' density is estimated using the TomTom GPS data and the 'Chaos' part is estimated by the tourist density in the province. A low tourist density also correlates well with a low crime rate. Moreover, the real estate price level is more often below the Italian average. In this way you get a more or less ideal situation. At least if you can work remotely, you are retired or you work for local services or administrations.

As you notice, South Italian cities are a majority, but we still find Sondrio in an Alpine valley and Porderone in the North-East. In central Italy, there is Rieti, on the Velino river in the Apenines. It is the easternmost province of Lazio, bordering Umbria, Le Marche and Abruzzo.
