This short article only lists some real estate websites. Just one or a few for France, Spain or Portugal, more for Italy.
France has its French-Property for Sale in English, whereas the French equivalent is Immobilier et Maisons but there is some doubt on whether a bilingual site gets you sweet deals. A better alternative is LeBonCoin Immobilier. (The site is only in French). Se loger is also very professional offering average sales prices by department and for the major French cities.

Portugal and Spain share the aggregator 'idealista'. Hence for Portugal you find Idealista.pt. For Spain that becomes idealista.es. Whereas the French site is for the sale of property, Idealista also addresses the renting market. I'm not sure whether the coverage of the renting market is as detailed as it is for the property sales market.
Likewise, Italy also has Idealista.it but there are many more I have been checking.
Agenzia Immobiliare Majella Case (run by Paula) is focusing on the South of Abruzzo and occasionally has properties on offer in Molise. Majella is the mountain massive making up the border of the provinces Chieti and L'Aquila and the very south-west of Pescara.
One Stop Abruzzo (run by Rino) is mainly operating as a buyers agent. He works in collaboration with Agenzia Immobilare Majella Case for whom he does the property visits. (His English is a lot better).
Abruzzo e Molise Rural Property is yet another site focussing on the southern part of Abruzzo. The related YouTube Channel is run by a native English speaker making some popular house hunter videos for UK or Australian citizens wanting to relocate to Central Italy and mainly to Abruzzo. The bulk of videos are featuring one specific property.
A Home in Italy is run by David Benton, who has been living in Italy for twenty odd years. He is focussing on a foreign (mainly English speaking) public. He organizes property tours for the interested and operates as an intermediary for remote buying.
Love Abruzzo Properties is one of the few also active in the province Teramo.
Exclusive Property is offering real estate in the province of Chieti mainly and also in Molise (both Campobasso and Isernia). Romina and Mila have their office in Vasto, Chieti (on the Adriatic coast near the border with Molise) Unlike suggessted by the name of the agency, they mainly focus on the lower eind of the price range.
Some properties of these specific sites can also be retrieved with a well directed search on Idealista. But here you may find an extra video on Youtube on their channel. Note; the internet adresses above are websites, not youtube channels, though you may easily find those on the sites.
Sara Di Censo Realtor (channel) and Sara Di Censo Immobilare (website). With her main office at Sulmona, much of the real estate offered is in the L'Aquila province. She has a second office in Pescara. The website is entirely in Italian as it is more geared towards candidate sellers. The Youtube channel is mainly in English. The videos are usually bilingual.
Italian Property is run by Veteran Nick Ferrand (English speaking). The website is not region specific but the more central Italian regions are more often into focus.
House hunters
Finally I also wish to include a few 'house hunters' providing the search for people wishing to relocate to Italy. Rossinni and Co is one of those. Fiorella does most of the explanations (in English) while husband Aden assists (despite better English) since he is not very talkative. A few €1 houses have been covered on this channel. They mainly search properties in Molise and Puglia. Precise location is not revealed; interested parties can contact them to organize a visit for a fee.
Just Dream Italy is a youtube channel where Marco mainly focuses on the upper-end of the market. His main focus has been on his native Puglia, but he has been venturing all over South and Central Italy for exclusive villas and properties.
ExpatTheExplorer is a well reputed house hunter, scouring the best aggregator sites for finds in European countries bordering the Meditarranean. Though with a focus on Italy, real estate in Spain and France also is included. Though her Engish is excellent, she is not a native speaker. She originates from Central Europe, as declared in the short bio of her channel. I was impressed by some of her finds in less obvious regions in Italy such as Liguria, where nevertheless affordable real estate can be found in more inland towns or villages, but on less than half an hour from the Italian riviera.
Tommy Sikes has changed his 'Traveltirement' channel to AmericanInFrance. Though there are many videos on Italy also available, much of the new material is on retiring to France.
Note that for US citizens, Italy has been very financially demanding for the elective residence visum with the minimum raised to €32.000 annually and especially for couples where several US consulates arbitrarily impose a lower limit of twice the individual revenue limit.
