From the same channel as previous post: here Giorgio has compiled a list of "The ten cheapest cities in Italy to buy real estate".
Cities need to have at least 50.000 inhabitants to make it to the list and have a railway station and/or an airport. The number one and the numbers 5 to 10 are situated on Sicily. Below I have mentioned the region for the cities NOT on Sicily.
As usual the presentation is counting down the list.
- Caltanissetta
- Lamezia Terme (Calabria)
- Reggio di Calabria
- Alessandria (Piemonte)
- Bagheria
- Trapani
- Agrigento
- Marsala
- Modica
- Ragusa
Enjoy viewing
Because of the 50.000 inhabitants cut-off, none of the cities qualify for the 7% tax rate, though all but Alessandria are in regions (Sicily, Calabria) where towns with less than 20.000 inhabitants qualify.
