Billionaires Are FLEEING The UK; next: wealth & wealth disparity in Europe

Predictably, Nomad capitalist is picking on the Labour government only months after it has been installed. Higher marginal income tax brackets are chasing billionaires away.

Being rich and successful is a sin (that's what Andrew Henderson is suggesting the Labour government is taking for granted)

But where do most millionaires live? ... and how about known billionaires in Europe?

"Rich People Live Here: TOP 10 European Countries With The Highest Number of Millionaires"

Here's the list; as usual the video goes from 10 to 1
  1. Iceland
  2. Luxemburg: highest median wealth €370.000
  3. Switzerland
  4. the Netherlands
  5. Norway (significant rise)
  6. Denmark: als België
  7. Sweden (enig land waar aantal daalt), maar meest billionaires.
  8. Belgium: most narrow gap rich/poor
  9. France
  10. UK

Wealth disparity in Europe: the GINI coefficient.

Examining Economic Disparity: The Top 10 European Nations with Widest Wealth Gaps

Europe:
1 Bulgaria .384
2 Lithuania .362
3 Latvia .343
4 UK .339
5 Albania .33
6 Italy .327
7 Romania .32
8 Serbia .32
9 Spain .32
10 Portugal .32

There is a substantial number of former communist countries where unequality has risen.

Including transcontinental:    Turkey .462

Overall, Europe is a rather egalitarian continent. The GINI coefficient in the US is 0.40. African and Latin American countries generally have a GINI coefficient over 0.40, several above 0.45; a few even over 0.50. Communist China (0.37) and Russia (0.36) don't live up to expectations but have a moderately high Gini coefficient.

The Gini coefficient is not published for all countries. Argentina only provides 0.41 for the (large) urban pupulation. There are no data for South Africa, Namibia and Botswana.
