In this second series of videos I focus on one single contributor with the channel named: A home in Italy.
The channel is run by David Benton, an English bloke, living in Palombaro. This is a small town in the Chieti province in Abruzzo. For this reason, many of the real estate visits focus on that particular province, though he sometimes ventures into the Pescara and L'Aquila provinces as well.

We end with a video much unlike the others and well outside the regular prospection area of David: in Montesilvano, a coastal town just west of Pescara. The province has a very narrow coastline, with a one kilometer stretch of Città Sant-Angelo separating Montesilvano from Silvi in the Province of Teramo.
